LG V30+ smartphone with dual rear camera to launch in India on December 13

South Korean tech giant LG is all set to launch its flagship smartphone
V30+ in India. The company has started sending out media invites for
the launch event on December 13, where it will unveil the smartphone.

In terms of specifications, the LG V30+ features a 6-inch QHD+ display
with 1440x2880 pixel resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. The display of
the smartphone is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on
top. Running Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 825 processor with Adreno 540 GPU.
The LG V30+ offers 4GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage which can be
expanded up to 2TB by adding a microSD card. The hybrid dual SIM device
comes with 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC powered by ESS Technology's
SABRE ES9218P. Along with this, the smartphone also features digital
filters, sound presets and sound tuning powered by B&O PLAY. The
smartphone also comes with IP68 rating which makes the device water and
dust resistant. The company claims that the smartphone has passed
MIL-STD 810G Transit Drop Test, which makes its compliant for military
operations.
The smartphone sports a dual rear camera setup. It has a 16MP primary
camera with 71-degree wide-angle lens, f/1.6-aperture and dual-tone LED
flash. On the other hand, the 13MP secondary camera comes with f/1.9
aperture and 120-degree wide-angle lens. There's also a 5MP front
shooter with f/2.2 aperture for selfies.
Measuring 151.7 x 75.4 x 7.3mm, the smartphone comes equipped with a
rear mounted fingerprint sensor. The smartphone houses a 3300mAh battery
with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and it also supports wireless charging.
On the connectivity front, the device offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi,
Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and USB Type C.
