Tata Kite Launch Soon; Interior Spied

Tata Kite Spy Pics and Launch Details

Joining the Zest, the Bolt and the new Revotron engine in the list of Tata’s latest projects for the Indian four wheel market will be a new compact car, which has been internally codenamed as the Kite. The Tata Kite, in all probability, will be a complete replacement for the very successful, but now dated, Indica hatchback, and we reckon that the new model would be out in the market in a few months. As per some new reports, the Tata Kite launch date is likely to fall in June and the upcoming model could go on sale under the ‘Glade’ moniker. The Tata Kite (aka Tata Glade) has been caught testing on several occasions and here, on this page, we have all the Tata Kite images from our burgeoning collection of spy pics. Check out our detailed report below for all the available details of the upcoming Tata small car.

Speculative Images

Seen here on this page are a handful of Tata Kite speculative renderings from IAB. Based on the gazillion spy images that have already surfaced on the web world, these artistic images give us a sneak peek at the upcoming Tata Kite/Glade

Expected Launch

As per a recent report, the Tata Kite launch could take place by June this year, which means the car might be close to entering the final stages of development. The new Tata Kite/Glade will be produced at the manufacturer’s production facility in Sanand, Gujarat.

Expected Price

In all probability, the Kite will replace the Indica and hence, could go on sale in a price range of 3.5-4.75 lakhs (ex-showroom). At this price point, the upcoming model will rival the likes of Chevrolet Beat, Maruti Wagon R, Maruti Celerio and the last gen Hyundai i10.

Spy Images

Seen here are some of the latest Tata Kite Spy images. As can be noticed on careful observation, the Kite, in all chances, would come with swept back headlamps, a large air-dam, round foglamps, circular pattern for the defogger and a more conventional, non-Xmas tree design for the taillamps.
